Works of art can be ordered by phone, e-mail or in the gallery in Middelburg. Prices of our pieces of art are including frames, unless otherwise stated and including VAT.

Delivery in Europe outside the Netherlands will be organized at the lowest possible delivery prize. An e-mail will confirm your order and gives all the information about payments and delivery. The gallery follows the act of data protection. Your information will not be used for other purposes.
Method of payment in advance:

• The invoice for your purchase will be sent to your home address, not to a PO box. 
• Our payment is according to Dutch standard: within 14 days on our bank account after sending the note.
• Cash payment or by credit card is also possible in the gallery at Gortstraat 43, 4331 LB Middelburg.

GalleryMaritime is an art mediator. Which means that the artist keeps ownership until the complete payment of the invoice has been transferred. If something went wrong, you can return your purchase within 7 days, after receiving your delivery. Prior consultation on this, or your notification by email, phone or mail, is recommended. If its a cause of an incomplete delivery, first we make it complete. Should it after that not be satisfactory, the order will be collected and your purchase will be repaid. Note: Return deliveries must be carefully packed and arrive at the gallery in the same condition as they were send to the buyer. You will be held responsible in case of any damage to the piece of art. Any refund of the purchase price or a claim of the shipping of the order may follow. 

Delivery of ordered art is at risk of the buyer. Both seller and purchaser reserve the right to ensure the goods and/or send them registered. Extra costs that are made from the explicit wish of the buyer, will be charged. 

Exclusion 
For commissioned and delivered art, previous conditions do not apply because of the personal nature of the order, the agreement will be stated between buyer and seller.
